I received this platinum card offer 10,000 prepproved offer, says to send 37.00 up front so looked online. smells of scam.. Not a credit card at all. google shows lots of unhappy people on this offer. It appears like a credit card offer. from Union workers credit services. with approval number and all. Dont worry if you have been denied visa or mastercard before it will be approved. Just wanted to warn everyone. Scam....

thanks for the warning floridagail....i have rec'd something similar...not with the suggestion of the 10k limit, but send in your 37 dollars and change etc.

Pardon me for reviving this thread---but I just got one of these offers too---
telling me to send in $37 for the card---and up to a $10,000 limit.

It certainly smelled fish from the get-go---and even the envelope felt a bit too slick.

I can't say whether we have received one of these or not. Every time this type of stuff arrives in the PO box, I rip it up and throw it away....
