I called them today in hopes of removing any negatives from my report. The lady at the number I called which is 800-934-5458 advised me that I would need to send a copy of my schedule S showing the creditors(banks)that are including in my bk. Does that sound right, or should I just wait until discharge?

Filing bk does not mean that you are discharged, so there is nothing that Chex-Sys should remove at this time. You need to wait until you are discharged before starting any type of credit repair.
