Any good idea for sueing the credit bureau?

long story short, i been trying to fix my credit report for the past 6 months.
    but they won't correct anymore.

    1. they won't correct the history.
    (i filed feb 10, but still have march ~ may, 90 + 120+ 150+)
doesn't the payment history stops, after i filed my bk?

    2. 1 account they keep puting it back to included in bankrupty.
(this account was close like 1 year before my filing date.)

i guess its time for me to sue the credit bureau to fix this or collect.

so whats the best way to sue them?

    thanks in advance~!

The payment history should stop after filing but you have to find out if it's the bureaus that is adding it or the creditors. If it's the creditors then you have to clear the issue through them. Same with the closed account.

Think of the situation to pulling weeds. If you pull a weed it's all ways going to grow back unless you get the root. The creditors are the roots of your problem. Your credit report is what is above ground.
