NEW , CONFUSED and MAD.

HELLO!

I am thrilled to find this forum and need advice with a few things. I'm sorry, I may be in the wrong place. If so, please tell me.

Just pulled my Credit after BK in 08. MESS! Several a/c arent updated...still reported as charge-offs and open collections with past due.

Not sure where to start but I'm MAD because CAP 1 have pulled my Credit 18 times since BK! And, that is only on Experian. Most are soft, but 3 are hard. Many pulls on EQ and TRANS also.

I would be so grateful for any advice.

You defintely need to be doing a lot of disputing, including disputing the inquiries for no permissable purpose. First step would be getting copies of your credit report (which it sounds like you have done). Second step is to get to disputing. If you can dispute online with the type of credit report you have, that is the best way to go.
