Creditor reporting 90 days late after I filed for bk, Is that legal?

I filed for bk in June and got discharged in October and started to clean up my credit report. I had a secure debt (Furniture store) that was discharge but on my credit report not only did it state that it was still open, they kept reporting after my filing date and put that I was 90 days late.

I was never late up to my filing date (June) and stopped paying after I filed for bk. I filed a dispute with experian in regards to it being discharged in bk and that I wasn't late. Now I get the results and it says that it's been discharged thru bk but it still states that I am 90 days late. Still has the dates up to Oct.

I call experian and explained to them that they can't report on my credit report after I file for BK because of the automatic stay and that I was never late up to my filing date. The girl told me that they have a right to report the lateness until I was discharged. Is that right? But she said that she will dispute it again.

Now, what happens if they keep the lateness after my filing date on my credit report? Can they do that? Or is there something else I can do?
