I have no clue what my credit score what it was before my discharge I just know that it was real real BAD because I was sued like 3 times. Should I check now? I want to rent a new apartment in March, am I stuck in this dumb?

I'm just going to go out on a limb here, since we're neighboring states and all ;), and say that I don't think your credit score will keep you from renting a place. Sure, you might not be able to get some places, but I think overall you'll find plenty of places that you can rent from. Your state is in a pretty bleak financial state, just like we are in Ohio.
