kinda long so bear with me...i have cap one auto loan that was charged off, however i still have and am paying on the car, but they have not been reporting anything to the credit bureau's since they charged it off. (they charged it off due to me filing a chap 13 but then that was dismissed and i brought the acct current and have continued to pay on it, but am getting no credit) now..can i dispute this? i noticed also that the balance is incorrect by at least 5,000. doesnt that affect my credit score? i did file a chap 7 july 30 i chose to retain and pay the car loan...do i even bother with having them correct it on my reports or is there even anything i can do? i disputed it with one, but wasnt sure if i am wasting my time....pls help!

It is always a good idea to make future credit-reporting arrangements a part of the reaffirmation agreement.Filed CH7 9/24/2010, 341 on 10/28/2010, Disch.&Closed: 1/6/2011. FICO EX: 9/2: 672.
