I voluntarily surrendered the car to Nissan. Nissan took possession of the vehicle in 06/10 and continues to report late payments on all three CRA's. I filed chapter 7 in 01/10 and was discharged in 04/10. They even reported the deficiency balance of 11k after the car was sold at auction as a separate entry on all three CRA's. I just sent Nissan a certified letter, return receipt requested indicating that they will be held in contempt of court for violating the orders of my discharge and that I will pursue sanctions against them thru the bankruptcy court if this is not immediately rectified. I also indicated that all future correspondence will be thru my attorney. Anyone else have problems with Nissan Motors? I'll win this battle, believe me.
