best secured card?

I was going to try and see if my 300 orchard bank card with a zero balance could survive my chapter 7 by not reporting it but the odds seem slim.
any suggestions for the best secured card? i will need one very soon as i need them to rent cars with minimal deposit.

I opened one with Amalgamated Bank of Chicago. They have a low annual fee and no monthly maintenance fee and do not report it as secured. This was the best one I found.

Do you have a link for the info about this card, or the name of the card? I scoured the Amalgamated website and cannot find anything about the secured card. Thanks.

Just applied and was approved for a Capital One Secured card. The deposit is from 200-3000, and comes with a $24 annual fee- I am happy with that.
