I've been using this software for a little more than a year now. Even though I filed BK and just had it discharged, the formatted letters are coming in handy for dealing with the incorrect information on my credit reports.
It comes with pre-written letters and they are filled in once you put in your information after downloading the software. You can also have multiple users.
There's a number of great tools installed as well, you can even set financial goals and since I am lousy with keeping books, computer records are better for me. And of course I back them up.
