Payday loan identity? HELP!

    Payday loan identity? HELP!

    I am trying to find out a payday loan company that credited my checking account $400.00. There is no number, just a name called Credits Instant Cash.

    It is a very generic name. Any way on how to find out who this company is? They didn't even call me for identity verification or approval. Crazy!!!

    Did you try googling the company's name? Odd how a company would fund cash to your account without your authorization. Maybe someone who is familiar with your account asked the company to credit to your account? Just a thought.

          Close that account and open a new one at a different bank; or the next thing you'll see is where they took money out.

          So you never borrowed the money -- you just checked your balance one day and there was an extra $400 in there from a payday loan company you've never heard of?
          Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

            Your bank will have information as to that transaction. Give them a call.
