    Rebuilding credit without CC's.

I am wondering if there are any tricks to building credit without getting CC's.

I have a mortgage and 2nd mortgage that are not reaffirmed.
Two car payments, reaffirmed. One has 5 payments left, the other 17.

Do any of these report payments?

I also have student loans but I am in school still and will not be paying those back for at least 2 years, should I start sending in $20 a month or something, will this help my credit any?

Is there other options that I should be looking at that reports payments that are not CC's?

    Thanks!

The student loans should report, and the reaffirmed car loans.

But installment loans (with set beginning & end dates) do not show credit-responsibility in the same way revolving accounts (credit cards, store cards) do. Have you considered opening a secured card? Put $ in a savings account and get a credit limit to match. You can't withdraw the savings $ while the credit card is open.
Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)
