Got a question for anyone who might know or has experienced about this. If a mortgage loan has been included as IIB for CH7 with the debtor paying the mortgage on time, keeping the house and plan on living there more than 10 years, when the 10 year mark falls off the debtor's credit reports, will the mortgage payments be reversed to showing as on time and the IIB removed or will it always be there even after the 10 year mark has been up from one's CRs?
