Cap 1 still reporting lates

Not sure if this is the correct area to post in... sorry

I just got received an updated credit report for the month. to my surprise, it stated that my most recent late payment was one month ago from capital one- who was IIB (discharged 6/09).

so, for clarity.... arent they supposed to only report activity on the account that was done before discharge? can they still continue to report lates to the cra's? i was finally cracking the mid 600's before this foolishness! hmph!

This is a violation of the discharge injunction.

They must stop reporting lates after your filing date and certainly stop reporting any history whatsoever after your discharge date.

Contact the CRA to correct it right away.
