Is this how my credit report should read...

is this the way it should look after you have filed for BK on your credit report?

    Account Name: SO SO/FDSB
    Account Number: 0000000000XXXX
    Account Type:
    Account Status: Closed
    Monthly Payment: -
    Date Opened: 04/2000
    Balance: -
    Terms:
    High Balance: -
    Limit: -
    Past Due: -
    Payment Status: Chargeoff or Collection
    Comments: Included in bankruptcy

P.S. you notice it it does not show any high balance or balance?

I have some that is showing high balance. However is showing including is chap 7 bankruptcy in the COMMENTS section.

This is how one of the COMMENTS read on Experian:

**CONSUMER STATEMENT** Y ITEM DISPUTED BY
CONSUMER ; Collateral: BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER 7

Look at how this is reporting on Experian:

Account Name: SO SO SO BANK
    Account Number: 00000000XXXX
    Account Type: Installment
    Account Status: Paid
    Monthly Payment: -
    Date Opened: 01/2002
    Balance: - -
    Terms: 48
    High Balance: $7,780
    Limit: - -
    Past Due: - -
    Payment Status: Chargeoff or Collection
Comments: **CONSUMER STATEMENT** Y ITEM DISPUTED BY CONSUMER ; Collateral: BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER 7

No, it should not say "chargeoff or collection". It should say "included in chapter 7 bankruptcy" or something very similar

it says it is disputed by you, wait for the dispute result and then if it says "verified" send the credit bureau a copy of your discharge notice with a letter explaining it should not say charge off/collections and should say IIB

Teacher is right, but in addition to iib, the balance should say ZERO (the numerical zero, not the word). If it is a blank field that is incorrect. Your scores will go up if the balance reads: zero.

The charge off notation is correct ONLY IF the charge off occured prior to your FILING date. If the tradeline was charged off after your filing date, it can not be reported on your credit report.

the charge off happen PRIOR to filing. I have been discharged since 8/2008.(surprised how time flies)

and i am NOT disputing anything. i havent contacted any of those credit agency. But now I will because there are a few more on my report, mainly experian that is showing bad reading.

P.S. Should all balance read "0" including the HIGH BALANCE?

No just the balance should read 0.
Leave the high balance as it is already showing in your example ($7780).
