I'm in the chex system, and listed both items in our ch 13 bk. I need to open a new account. What do I need to fax them in addition to the dispute form?

If we're in a 13, does that mean we have to wait 5 years?

Hi,
I just dealt with Chex Systems myself. Here is the # you need to call to speak to someone about removing those notices: 1-800-934-5458. I called on a Thursday and gave her my Case # and filing/discharging dates and she took care of it the very next day and sent a letter to me immediately.
