We filed in July 09 and were discharged in Oct 2009. Anyways, we ordered our chexsystems report to clean it up. Chex has deleted a couple of things but they refuse to delete BOA. BOA listed us on the report after we filed BK. We asked BOA to close the account prior to filing, they said NO since the account was negative. In addition they are included in the creditors matrix although with a different address than what is being reportrf on Chex. Isn't what BOA did going against the Automatic stay? We filed July 27th and they reported us Sept 1. What are my options? Chex now wants a listing of the creditor matrix showing they were included, which we will send to them, just curious about the difference in addresses.
