They are a portfolio management company that handles the statements, authorization, customer service, etc.

A bank can hire them to handle their credit cards, debit cards, or even prepaid cards.

They design the program to meet the bank's criteria.

I wasn't aware that I had to meet your criteria for posting quality. My bad? Many people have posted many experiences with all the variations of Capital credit services. Good, bad and ugly. This is just another one of those. Next time I'll be sure and run my posts through your personal editorial department. Oh... not.

Thanks for the update. I stopped applying after getting the Priceline Negotiator card through Barclay's bank. I'm set for a while with the CC's...now the aging process will kick in, and the constant fight to get the IIB accounts reporting correctly.
