Our cr is showing "Involuntary" Ch7. Never heard that term used before? Is there a "voluntary" one as well????

Will this work against us on the report? I have never heard that term before. Our failed business did force us to file BK, personally we were fine, the exception being the guarantee's we signed. That is what hung us. The biggest guarantee was for $1.5m on the lease they brought to term for the building.Making financial failure my teacher, not my undertaker!

It may work in your favor. The dumb Creditor Reporting Agency may actually remove your actual Chapter 7 VOLUNTARY public record.

A simple "this is incorrect" might do it. Don't tell them what it should be, only that what they are reporting is incorrect.7-2-2009 Filed
