    good secured cards?

Hi, I was wondering if any of you know of a good secured card to rebuild my credit. I did get an offer for an auto loan however I can not drive. My only hope for rebuilding is to get a secured card.
I have serched on the net but most of them will cost me more to have then it is worth.
    Thanks for your help

When I'm ready to get a secured card, I'm going to try Digital Federal Credit Union. It is the best deal I've found.

          Federal Credit Unions

Digital Federal Credit Union will report to the three credit gods. They are a "Federal" CU they all report.

Great find by the way, I am keeping their link for after my discharge date

A credit union is probably your best bet. The fees, if any, are usually minimal. And it has the potential to grow with you as you build history at that CU.

I chose Navy Federal. If you are within their field of membership it's a good deal. No annual fee. Funds are held either in your share savings or a CD. After 12 months you can request it unsecured. If you put more money in your savings you can phone in at any time to request your limit increased.

The rewards are roughly equivalent to 1% cash back or slightly better if you take some gift cards. You can't get "cash", but you can get a Visa gift card as a reward.
