CreditOne CC - Questions for other users

Ive had my CreditOne CC since August... I signed up right away for the "Credit Score", which actually matches my TU score, so im guessing it pulls the real FICO score from TU.

Problem is, it hasnt updated since September. There is no way, that I can tell, to force it to update. I was wondering if anybody else has a CreditOne CC, and if you have updated credit scores on your sign in page?? Does it update at certain intervals (3 months, 6 month, etc..)?? Should I call CreditOne??

I have had Credit One since June. Currently I have scores for July, Aug and Sept. I think it's about 30-60 days behind. It's not a real FICO though and it's based on your Experian report.

If yours hasn't updated since Sept. you might want to give them a call and ask. I don't think you can "force" it on the website.

Go figure.. a few days after I made this thread, it updated the credit score.

Looks like Credit One is a good re-builder card, especially since I filed on 3 Cap 1! So for those that have one what are your likes and dislikes? I'm a ways from doing anything, but I am looking at obtaining two CC's after my discharged.
