Does Capitol One Report to Agencies?

We were discharged in August of 2008. In Aug 2009 we each applied for and got Orchard credit cards. [$300 & $500 limits].

I just this hour applied for a Capitol One card and was approved via internet for a $3000 limit !!!!! [still in shock]

Then it occurred to me to check to see if they report to the Credit Reporting agencies. They do, right?
