Question for credit report gurus:

Some of the accounts on my CR are reporting as "Petition for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy".
Some are reporting "Debt included in bankruptcy"

Why the difference?
Are they considered the same?

Not that I know anything, but it seems to me that some of your creditors just don't update the credit reports as much as the others do. So like the ones saying Petition for Chapter 7 reported before the bankruptcy was complete and haven't reported since. Either way I'd call the credit reporting services and ask for them to fix it. Just my uneducated opinion ;)
