I just filed a chapter 13 (I know it's too early to even be thinking about this) but, is the ch13 removed from your credit report 7 years after the date of discharge or 7 years after the date of filing? Thanks for any replies!

I'm almost certain it's from the date of filing and not discharge.

As aces already wrote, it's 7 years from the date of filing.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
