After Bankruptsy Book to resotre credit?

I have been reading and reading and just seem to get more overwhelmed. We were discharged in Jan 09. Big relief, but as far as I can read, the work starts now.

I do not understand a lot of the terms and what to do step by step. One thread talked about that it is not necessary to have someone clean up our credit, which I am fine with, but I know absolutely notta about where to start or even the terminology of some of it.

Now if you were to ask me something medical or cooking, I could go to town and tell you lots. This bankruptsy thing has been difficult for me to understand and I want to clean things up now rather than wait.

Maybe they have a book "Bankruptsy for Dummies?" Thats about the knowledge I would probably understand.

So any input will be great. Or maybe I just didn't see a thread with step by step instructions, definations, and how to's.

    Thanks for help.

They actually do have one for sale on amazon.com:

I was going to reccomend Stephen Synder's Life Afyer Bankruptcy newsletter series, but I see his website is down for 'retooling'. I was getting the letters e0mail every week or so, and it shed a lot of light for me on the subject.

Just google what you want to know about, I'm sure there is plenty of infor out there. Or juist ask on this board, somebody will know

Here are a few reliable online resources that help explain how to repair your credit on your own:

The Macy's prepaid debit card is issued to Macy's employees as an alternative to checks for payment. You can use your prepaid Macy's card to shop and you will receive a credit each month for the total of your eligible employee discount.
