Actually, you shouldn't have signed anything when you gave it back during your BK.... that was your first mistake.


Secondly, I would dispute this, as either , "not mine" "paid as agreed" or "included in Bankruptcy.

Send the creditor and credit bearue a letter instructing them to change the remark on your credit report to BK7 <$0 balance>. Just see to it that it reflects BK instead.
