Credit cards not part of bankruptcy

    Personally, I would just cancel it, cut it up and throw it in the trash. If you were to charge anything up on it *then* they decided to to take action upon hearing of your BK, you would be stuck with debt that couldn't be discharged (probably at the default APR on top of it).
