    I have a question, first of all i am fairly new to all of this, and i am trying to clean up my credit report, i filed chapter 7 and got discharged and the case is closed, can i still send out debt validation letters???

    Could you be more spacific? I don't know what a debt validation letter is. I would help you but I wish to do my best. 'Hub

      Why would you need a DV when all your debts were already discharged with the BK? Not sure I understand you should be debt free...are they still trying to collect from you?
