Where would be the best place to monitor my 3 real credit scores and get alerts?
Where would be the best place to view and print my 3 credit reports???

I don't know which is best.
All I know is that I went to annualcreditreport.com and then to Experian where I was able to review my report because I had made some disputes less than 90 days ago. So I was able to review my report on Experian.
I THINK that if you get your free report (one per year) at annualcreditreport.com and then make some disputes, you can basically keep accessing your reports as long as you keep making disputes. No?
However, that said, Experian had a service offering me to monitor all 3 Credit report co's for $4.95/month including Alerts of changes, inquiries, etc., so I just went for that. You can cancel at any time, so I figured "What do I have to lose?"
I'll let you know here if I have any problems with them or if I like the service. I just signed up a few days ago and have not even had time to delve into it yet.
