My fico scores are in the mid 600's. I have 2 small cc's which I recently applied for. I need a lcd projector to use with my teaching. I was thinking about opening a new account with Dell in order to get the projector. Even if its approved, how much will an inquiry affect my present scores? I really want to rebuild my credit.
