Not that this is going to come as a suprize, if you have read any of my past post lol.. but i would have to say Wells fargo.. The list is so long as to whats wrong with that company, that i wouldn't even know where to begin !! I do feel bad about Capitol one, even when they called me up and i gave them my case number, they said "sorry to hear your having a hard time, hope it works out for you".. Now.... maybe i just so happend to get a "nice" person that day.. but it kinda made me feel bad. at the moment.. oh well.. As for wells fargo, i would not loose any sleep if that company was to go belly up

Chase, BofA and Citi were extremely nasty...particularly Chase. Chase hounded us at home and at work and said all sorts of nasty stuff...one collector actually called before we got home from work and when our son answered the phone they proceeded to tell him that we were deadbeats and that we were going to jail and he would go into the foster care system...thankfully he's 17 and had seen enough of me crying every night and not wanting to answer the phone so he told them where to shove it! It got to the point where I actually had to go to the cardiologist because the daily stress that they piled on every day had caused my blood pressure to go up to 164/98 and I was having arrhythmias. (My attorney is going after them because we were able to record several of the conversations.) The other two were just nasty in general with people telling us that we were "the reason for the current economic meltdown", etc. etc. etc.

We don't plan to but if we ever do decide to get credit again I would never even consider getting another credit card from any of them and I most certainly do not feel bad about including them on our BK.

I sorta feel bad about all of them because I did have good intentions with getting credit and being all responsible. And a few of the times I was approved for credit was when I most desperately needed the money so I can't fault credit givers there. But if there is one who is the Anti-Christ in my book, it is Capitol One and their practice of getting judgements on people and garnishments and freezing bank accounts and the whold nine yards.

Freaking Wells Fargo sucks. I'm more than happy to file on those bastards. Had numerous offers to short sell our property which were quite fair and they did NOTHING. They deserve to get screwed.
