Sorry, I have no idea how this works. After my discharge I have to start disputing the things that aren't reporting as including in bankruptcy? Can I start disputing before or do I need to wait until after the discharge?

I filed on 12/17/2007 and I am expecting a discharge in late April.

Wait until a few months after your discharge for the majority of the creditors to report on your bankruptcy. Obtaining your reports prior to that time will cause you a lot of unnecessary work and what you dispute could get changed around due to your upcoming discharge.
