Is this right? TU credit reporting....

I have 2 car loans and a mortgage showing $0 balances or blank but with payments. Is this right? EX & EQ don't show these as having payments.

    TransUnion Experian Equifax
    - Past Due:
    - High Balance: $27371 $27371 <blank>
    - Terms: 75 months 75 months <blank>
    - Limit:
    - Payment: $592 $0 <blank>
    - Opened: 04/26/2004 04/2004 04/2004
    - Reported: 01/31/2008 12/31/2007 12/2007
    - Responsibility: Joint Joint Joint
    - Condition: Derogatory Derogatory Derogatory
    - Balance: $0 <blank> <blank>
    - Type: Auto Loan Auto Loan Auto Loan
    - Pay Status: <blank> Late 60 Days <blank>

    Remarks:
    [TransUnion] Chapter 7 bankruptcy
[Experian] Debt included in or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7,11, or 12.
    [Equifax] Bankruptcy Chapter 7
    Auto
    Included in bankruptcy

Anyway, this makes it look like I have about $3000 worth of payments that I don't have. (I only have 1 payment of $453.00) Doesn't that affect my credit score?

Tell me what they are supposed to look like/say so I can dispute them correctly. Thanks!

Seeing that you just recently filed, the first account you list is not yet reporting you in BK. You need to dispute both items stating both are included in your Chapter 7 filing on xxxx date. When the items are updated, it should show the account as being included in Chapter 7 with a zero balance due; no late charges or charge offs listed, that is unless the late charges or charge offs occurred prior to your filing - then they cannot be removed. The balance information and other payment information may remain but the account should be stated as included in bankruptcy with zero balance owing.

      Thanks.

I was more concerned about TU stating that there were still payments. I mean, isn't that a deciding factor when you apply for credit... debt to income ratio? If I were to apply for a credit card in 6 months, and they pulled TU, they'd see me as being responsible for $3K in payments, when I'm not...right?

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, I just want to know what I'm looking at, and make sure I'm understanding it.

When the accounts are reported correctly as being in BK, the former monthly payment information may or may not be listed but it will be known by anyone viewing that account that you are not making that payment anymore and the balance will be zero. What will be worse will be having the BK on your record and that is what may keep you from obtaining credit in six months.
