Can I dispute inquiries as being listed as regular rather than account review?

I'm filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy very soon. The other night, I pulled my three credit reports through annualcreditreport.com as some of my final steps in preparing the bankruptcy.

I noticed that on all three reports, it looks like a bunch of inquiries are in the wrong categories.

I have about 10 regular inquiries on each report (aren't those the hard credit hits people refer to?). They are all from various collection agencies that my debts have been referred to for collection - like FMA Alliance, NCO Financial Systems, National Enterprise Systems, etc. Also there are some from creditors dated around when they charged off my accounts - like Discover, GE Capital.

Shouldn't these inquiries be classified as account review inquiries?

Can I dispute these inquiries as being hard hits? Online it doesn't give me that option. Can I mail it in?

I know inquiries are overall a low part of my score, and that they'll fall off 2 years from the inquiries. It's probably not worth my time disputing it, but it is pissing me off that they put the inquiries through wrong.

Do yourself a favor. Check everything I say with a bankruptcy attorney. Most attorneys will even provide a free initial consultation. In fact, it's your life, so check everything anyone says (including your attorney) for yourself!
