I must be in a catch 22

In May 2006 we filed a chapter 13 in Aug of 07 we converted to a 7. Anyway My credit report states we filed a chapter 7 in May 06. Which has been verfied thru all three cra's. I have not sure if this is a good thing or bad later only since it looks like almost two yrs have passed since our chapter 7 and our credit scores have basically stayed the same thing and no new credit. when really it hasn't even been discharged yet thirty more days to go. What do ya'll think?

sounds like a good mistake to me, but it may correct itself when you are discharged. The GREAT thing is you have legitimate mistake to dispute and possibly have your BK erased. Ya never know. There was a mistake on hubby's and I disputed and poof no trace on all three (in the public records section)... I guess the court house didn't verify. I tried the same trick on mine ( I know I know cheating..there was no mistake..but can't blame a girl for tryin....) and it remained as is.
