    TrueCredit strikes again

Aha. This just happened to me with TrueCredit. They don't say they're cancelling, you just can't pull up any reports. It gives you an error that says "one or more agencies not responding." Total bullshit. (One of their phone reps said that's the default message it gives when there is an error of any kind.)

I spoke to people at three different offices at TrueCredit/Transunion and no one said I had used the service too much, or beyond some quota. They gave me the excuse that my credit report was "too large" to view. But I can pull it up via the free annual credit report site with no problem. It is blatant false advertising.

And yes, "unlimited" means unlimited. When you log on you are given the option to view your old report or pull a new one.

This happened to me a few days after filing. I'd been checking daily to see what would happen before/after filing. Then suddenly my report is "too large".

it really depends on how you want to interupt even what the home page says:

Unlimited access to ALL THREE of your credit reports and credit scores.

well, you can pull your credit and you have access to login at anytime to view your credit report, it does not directly say you can pull your credit report at anytime of anyday...to me it implies you have unlimited login access to view your reports.

in order to get the numbers up, they make it sound as if you can pull unlimited times...there is nothing in TOS that i can
      see that states that.

is this misleading, to get signups, yes
is it misleading in order to get more signups, yes
      but thats about it.

Actually, they state clearly that you can pull your reports every 24 hours when you sign up!

The reason that they are deleting people and stopping them from using the service is because people are getting inquiries removed by pulling their files every day. Because TU doesn't want to fix this glitch, they are simply removing people from using their service, and in turn, they are a volcano waiting to erupt right now. There are many people who have already sought out lawyers to go after TU and TC for this, as they are violating what the agreement was. I have yet to be cancelled, but know many that have been.

When a class action suit comes out about THIS, TC is going to be in a sad and sorry state. They are in the wrong over this, and it is going to blow up in their faces.
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

When I looked at mycreditkeeper, I viewed their "sample" report. Yes, it shows all 3 bureaus. However on the credit score page, it only shows the credit score from Experian. Once you order, do you get to see all 3 credit scores (as they may vary a little) or is it just Experian's score?

If you pull up your mycreditkeeper service often does your checking it lower your credit score? Like a pull would?

You pulling a credit report yourself is not considered an inquiry - will not affect your credit score.
