Started off with Carnival Seamiles from Juniper/Barclay Bank 9 months ago.....with 1000 limit at 24.24%. Called today and asked for an acct. specialist. She increased my limit to $2000 and reduced the interest rate to 15.24%. I was surprised.....can't ever hurt to ask.

Well, they, Juniper, treated me like s..t. Last year they initially approved me for a $1250 limit card. One of my first transactions was a measly $40 cash advance. Those idiots reduced my limit to $310. When I called them about it they said something to the effect that when a person uses his/her card for cash advances it would indicate to them that that person "will soon be in financial difficulty".
Now - one yar later - they increased my limit - not to the original limit of $1250, but to a whopping $660.Comment
