    Pulled credit without permission, HELP!

Alright, I just barely got notice yesterday that my BK has discharged. I called a dealership I've been working with (prior to discharge) and gave him the news. I said I'm still interested in the car and to see if my chances were any better. I SPECIFICALLY made a point and said: "Please do not pull my credit again." He told me no problem.

Well, today I there are 8 new inquires on my account. I need help here PLEASE! I have already spoke with the guy, and told him it was illegal. But where do I go from here? I just want them off my report, where do I proceed from here? Do I try to get him to admit it on a recorded conversation?

    Any help is appreciated!

If it will help you feel any better, those 8 inquiries will only count as one....which really won't make that much difference. Any time you are shopping for a car loan or mortgage, the multiple inquiries will not count against you. If you had already signed an application, then I would say that you probably can't do much about it. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. In the whole scheme of things, it really won't make that much difference. Congrats on the discharge!!
