Very, very good point cmiyc. but if htiese guys want to keep throwoing out creidit willy nilly, then they too will eentually pay the price. If somegb boedy want to call me dumb for running up somuch crideit card debt, ok fine. But it takes two to tango. the creditors screwed up to, they have to assmume some responsibiltiy too. BK may be more complictated for the debtor, biut it is not impossible. We cans till file.

I still have about 6 months to go on my chapter 13, Ive been getting card offers for over a year now. Surely the creditors know that you cant open new credit while in a 13, and I would think that their screening process would show the bankruptcy. I do notice the closer to finishing I get, the annual fees and indroductory rates are getting lower and lower.
