    Best way to dispute this?

Just got my credit report from experian. They are reporting one of my accounts not only as 60 days past due, but also showing a balance due and a write off. Yes they sold the acct after we filed ch 13. No I was not 60 days late, don't even think I was 30. How can I dispute this one? Also, they report past due payment as of Oct 2004, and that we filed in Sept of 2004. Neither of which is correct. The options given that seem to pertain to me are
Pmt never late, acct closed, incorrect balance, Other reason.

I am leaning toward incorrect balance, but is that the best option? There doesn't seem to be one for IIB, should show zero balance. Or should I just write that in in the personal statement section?

First course of action is to dispute as "not your account". And its technically true, if the account information is incorrect. See if that works, then go from there.
