Mortgage not Reported to Credit Bureau

I had a home mortgage through Chase until I filed for Chapter 13. After being in bankruptcy my mortgage was sold several times to no name mortgage companies. The one who currently services the mortgage (New Rez) does not report it to the credit bureaus.
My credit file only has one active account a HELOC with a balance of 15K. It has a paid off car loan (during bankruptcy) for 17k and students loans still in bankruptcy deferment.
Would it help my credit file to have my mortgage company report my payments (always on time)?

You could refinance to a new mortgage and that new mortgage will report. But it probably doesn't make any financial sense to refinance due to rates.

I ended up going online and requested customer service and they had a selection not reported on credit bureaus. I got mailed a response saying that they do report to all bureaus and I checked and it was on 2 (maybe 3) of the major bureaus except one didn't have payment history so I disputed that through that credit bureau that no payment history was listed. It 19 years of credit history should boost my credit scores especially with no lates but it seems to only report the payments since discharge.
