Some GOOD news about mortgages

I called my broker today to see how things were going. Appraisal came in perfect, we are ready to close. We get to talking about the closing date. We are moving it up to August 25th! YAY!! A week early! The sellers are already out of the house so we are good to go!

I thought we needed some good mortgage news around here.

I can pass the name of my broker to anyone in Illinois.
