I am a mortgage banker, we do also broker loans when it comes to subprime. We fund the loans with our money at closing, and we have our own in house underwriting. We do loans in Ohio and Florida and we have been in business since 1983.

You can call a mortgage broker and get pre-approved.

No we are a mortgage bank. I am with priority mortgage out of worthington ohio. You can google it. I am not putting links to our website because I am not trying to advertise.
