After our BK we bought a house on an owner contract. We are trying to refinance into a "real" mortgage now and the underwriter wants to see the HUD1. Heres the question; Do i have to worry about the date on the HUD1 because even though the BK went final in Sept 09, the short sale didnt go final till Feb 12? Since the house was included in the BK does the short sale still hurt me?
