Loan closed - sitting in new house surrounded by boxes!

Success! Closed on the new house, using FHA back to work program and all went well.
Am sitting in the new house surrounded by boxes and wondering what to do next!

My previous home was foreclosed in August of 2012, so less than 2 years ago.

Just thought I would let people know that there is HOPE!!!!

Thanks! It is very nice to be in my own home.

The "Back to Work" program worked very well, although there was a lot of documentation required.....but if you fit the criteria, you can get the loan!

Oh, I am a packrat and should have gotten rid of a lot of the stuff years ago.
Can you believe I have 4 boxes of China that I haven't unpacked in 3 houses/20 years.....not sure what will happen when I DO open those boxes!
