Finally our turn for success story.

Discharged ch7 in 2009, condo included and and not reaffirmed. Stayed in the condo and paid after the BK. A year after BK settled second mortgage with WF for 6%.

In June of this year listed the condo for sale, and also applied for FHA mortgage > got pre approved > found the house > sold the condo > funded and close on a new house this past Friday!!! Moving in this Thursday. This were very long 2 months... but it all worked perfectly and for those who are looking to buy after BK7 -- it DOES happens.
