yes 2 years chapter 7 without a home INC, if it was than the clock only starts ticking when the bank takes back title ,, No way arround it

6 years of tax returns. Yikes! I wonder if they want to see why you may have gone BK because 6 years is a bit ridiculous.
I just got a loan and had no unusual requests for paperwork. I was more than 5 years out and I'm a W-2 employee so that makes things a bit easier.
