We foreclosed on our home back in may 09, we had wells fargo!
Now,we just got a usda loan,and we were told that we would know later which bank would get our loan !
It is wells fargo again.
How is this even possible?
We even received a postcard style paper stating we would get a payment settlement from them because of our foreclosure !
What are we getting into?
