I put an offer in on a home using my VA, and got a great deal with a great rate 3.75 and am only waiting on approval from my bankrutpcy court, i have been in for 4 years and have one more to go with good payment history. I am nervous about what they are going to say, so any tips, words of confidence, or advice woudl be good. I also got an email from the trustee saying "The motion that was filed on 1/26 had to be noticed to all creditors and they were given 21 days to file a response," not sure exactly what can happend with that....
