Buying a house question

filed ch7 in 2010. i make $75,000 a year, credit sucks cuz of ch7, i own a manufactured home. my son & wife have good credit and own a home. i was thinking of suggesting us to go in together to buy a larger house with a cottage or mother in law quarters. so here is my question:
my credit sucks.
son & wife have good credit.
does anyone know if it is possible to find financing for the 3 of us or would it hurt chances if my name is on it or not. is there a way to use my income along with there's to be able to get a new house?? any info would be appreciated.

you don't mentnion if you're wife has an income that would be considered, nor your son.

changes are your score may drag them down, however, if you can qualifiy with just your son and wife, you may have a shot. or ask the lender if you can get a co signer, maybe you have a shot. it's hard to tell nowadays, as the bank is saying no, to many if those without bks.
